Burnley owners complete acquisition of Espanyol stake
Burnley's owners have completed the purchase of a majority stake in Spanish club Espanyol. It was confirmed in July that a deal had been agreed and on Thursday, Velocity Sports Partners, led by Clarets chairman Alan Pace, announced the acquisition following an extensive period of due diligence. Burnley will remain Burnley.

Michail Antonio has started training with Brentford. The 35-year-old left West Ham in August following the expiry of his contract - eight months after he was seriously injured in a car crash. Antonio training with Brentford does not necessarily the Bees are planning to offer him a contract, but he lives locally and is using the opportunity to stay match fit.
