Robbie Neilson has drawn on his coaching experience in America to highlight the "mentality" difference between MLS and Scottish football after Wilfried Nancy's success Stateside didn't translate to his Celtic tenure. Former Hearts boss Neilson, who managed USL side Tampa Bay Rowdies for 18 months, believes Nancy's tactical intransigence cost him in Glasgow. The Frenchman was sacked by Celtic after winning just two of his eight games in charge amid an unwillingness to change from his preferred back three system.
