Kelechi Iheanacho and Callum Osmand are out for a while yet which just leaves Johnny Kenny, who is nowhere near good enough. Wilfried Nancy's reign was characterised by missed chances and that's not something Martin O'Neill will be able to address without someone who can put the ball in the net.
