Fulham midfielder Josh King made his first start for England Under-21s in Monday's win over Andorra Under-21s and put in an impressive performance. The 18-year-old is having a breakout season for his club side and has started all of the Whites' games in the Premier League. King had a goal ruled out for offside but his contribution really stood out for England U21s head coach Lee Carsley.
