Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou has been speaking to the media before his side's Premiership match with leaders Hearts. Askou is not surprised Hearts have slipped up in the past two matches, saying even the "best teams in the world struggle winning every game", and doesn't think it will affect their confidence. On Motherwell's recent form and performances, the Dane says he's been surprised at how quickly he has transformed things although he always knew the potential was there.
