Shankland goal against Rangers 'should have been disallowed'

Hearts' opening goal in last month's 2-0 win over Rangers at Ibrox should have been disallowed for a handball against Lawrence Shankland, Scottish FA head of referees Willie Collum has stated. Lawrence Shankland's arm is too far out here. The former referee also backed the decision to disallow a Rangers goal for a foul by midfielder Thelo Aasgaard against Hearts goalkeeper Alexander Schwolow, although he added that VAR would not have intervened if the goal had been given.
