Glasgow City head coach Leanne Ross and winger Lisa Forrest have insisted "we are still in this tie" despite the 2-1 defeat by Koge in the first leg of their Women's Europa Cup second qualifying round tie. Amy Anderson cancelled out Mille Gejl's opener for the Danish hosts before the break only for Olivia Garcia to restore the lead on the hour mark. Ross described it as "a really tough game, physically especially" as the league leaders in their respective countries went head to head.
